We at Yoshida Sake Brewing are fully dedicated
to brewing fine sake with care for
our community and our customers,
as we use local super soft water with a
hardness rating of 0.3 and quality rice
grown in the lush natural setting of
our local district of Hirose in
Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture.
